Billy was one of the best friends I could ever hope to 
have in my life. 

His playful manor, his charm, his dedication, and his loyalty 
to those around him are just a few things I will miss. He 
never gave up on his dream, and he always inspired me to 
never lose sight of mine. Even in his final weeks, he never 
hesitated to send me updates of himself, and he always 
asked how I was doing. He was a very loving, and sincere 
person who put his heart and soul into those he believed in. 
My heart sank when I heard the news!! Billy inspired me to 
always put my dreams first, and I believe that he will continue 
to do that even now!! Thank you, Billy... you will live forever 
in the hearts and lives of those you touched!!
